Pedro Gabriel was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal. He followed his passion for photography and film all the way to London, where he found success as a Fashion and Beauty commercial photographer. After living and working in London for over 10 years, he returned to Lisbon.
His strongly personal work is very influenced by his childhood desire to create new worlds: a fantasy, not perfect but drawing from the real life to create scenes full of mystery and possibility. Also influenced by art history and cinema, he uses both colour and black and white to create his idealised universe.
